I doubt this process is reflected in the yast logs.
Yes it is.
I cannot attach y2logs. The file is too big. It says I cannot attach files greater than 10 Mb.
OK, please take just the file /var/log/YaST2/y2log, you can edit it to remove entries from other times than relevant to this bug, compress it (gzip /var/log/YaST2/y2log) and attach it. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

I still experience this issue without any changes. Only removing the final shash allows to add a repository.
OK, then it is strange why it works for me and martin and not for you. What version do you have? rpm -q yast2-metapackage-handler yast2-packager libzypp Also could you please post this fresh log (this file is enough) /var/log/YaST2/y2log thanks -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

I cannot reproduce the bug now. But the last time I faced it was yesterday.
Then your /var/log/YaST2/y2log should still have the related entries. Check the timestamps to be sure (check the y2log-1.gz etc. if y2log was rotated), and upload the file then ;-) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
