Nvidia has 4 HDMI ports, and the hardware doesn't expose which port is actually used except for ELD info. So, take a look at eld#* files. If any of them shows a right connection state, try to play to that device, e.g.
aplay -Dhdmi:1,2 foo.wav
where 2 is the HDMI port number (0-3).
aplay -Dhdmi:1,1 foo.wav this worked for me but still have no idea how to get audio in movie or in amarok -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
