There is no emergency procedure known. I see that it is useless reporting here, and will think again of reporting :-( The normal procedure for Bugzillas has always been to report here, not outside. We have been told that many times. You want private mail? That's a breach of procedure, but Ok, I will do, even though you have the headers above and the "Message-ID" and you could dig out the mails for yourself. I don't understand why you want me to waste my time. Notice that this problem affected everybody, not me alone. Even your mail archive was affected. I got contacted off-list by several people. If you don't believe me, just download http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse/opensuse-2008-12.mbox.gz, search for the "Message-ID"s given above, and verify for yourself. And yes, me and some others that are watching this bugzilla considered your closure as, at least, improper. Every time some one closes as "invalid" a report, it seems as a rebuke. Some people have told me in private that they will not report again because of that. This does not mean that i cant ask you to finish the analysis over mail when everything is back to normal again. There really is no need to get so hung up on the solution of this report. Its just that. A resolution to this bug in bugzilla and not to the problem et al. Which is on my TODO. I just dont want to do mailinglist stuff in bugzilla.
