It takes a looooong time until the content is displayed. I had to switch to the native file pickers in order to be able to work productively. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open or save a file with OpenOffice, KDE file dialog enabled 2. Navigate through your filesystem 3.
