[Bug 546036] New: bluez-4.51-1.2: memory leak
http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=546036 Summary: bluez-4.51-1.2: memory leak Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: Factory Platform: All OS/Version: openSUSE 11.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: dcb314@hotmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- I just had a look at factory package bluez-4.51-1.2 source code file bluez-4.51/tools/main.c function print_dev_list local variable is dl I notice the following code dl = malloc(sizeof(*dl) + RFCOMM_MAX_DEV * sizeof(*di)); but I fail to notice a matching call to free. This looks like a memory leak to me. Suggest add call to free near the end of the routine. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Thank you for the report. I see this has already been fixed in the upstream project. It is also fixed in the bluez ver.4.55 which has been built in the openSUSE:Factory already. I will close this bug as FIXED. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
