After downgrading to xorg-x11-driver-video of Beta3 Xserver starts fine again. I'll attach the complete logfile. Since this sounded like an agpgart problem, I tried with agpgart patch from Bug #437618, but this didn't change anything.
I've built something stupid when rebuilding the intel-agp module with the patch applied. This issue is fixed with the agp patch. Closing as duplicate of Bug #437618.
