Only critical and security bug fixes (this doesn't count as critical, because you could patch the Makefile and/or build w/o parallelism). If you can reproduce the issue on a SLE product and raise an L3, your chances are better, though. Which doesn't help for 11.3, of course. Alternatively, talk to Stefan Behlert, he might do a manager override to get LibO more easily compiled for 11.3. Don't hold your breath, though. Yet another possibility: use Base:System, I just enabled the build of make for older distributions there. May take a few minutes until it's ready.
