Why should the user expect that the default sounds that existed cannot remain there. I suppose the issue really is that there are no default sounds allocated in 11.n as there were in KDE3. I do not think this is an unrealistic bug to reinstate the same condition that was present on KDE3 having default sounds allocated. The image attached shows the KDE Windows Manager where there is a default should attached to the event, it has been turned on. The stark absence of default sounds associated with the KDE Windows Manager is alarming, not so much the ability to turn on all default or turn them off.
