Especially as this is a upstream kernel.org issue. If you want to get this fixed properly, please create a bug at bugzilla.kernel.org and assign it to the ACPI team. Hopefully they will be able to resolve it properly. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=233598 ------- Comment #3 from osl@16hd.freeserve.co.uk 2007-01-12 00:26 MST ------- OK thanks Greg. I wasn't sure if the problem lay in the installation (-> addressable by Novell / openSuSE) or the kernel. I might try creating a kernel bug but I don't see it getting much priority :-( I can certainly live with the boot parameter fix, but then I've been using Linux for a while now. At least the problem is now documented for others, I'll see if I can get it onto the openSuSE wiki too. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
