There is no entry in lsusb, I assume it is not seen by the kernel. The hardware is probably from UPEK, but I am not shure. See attached lsusb dump for details Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Installation of 11.3 on a Dell laptop Latitude E6510 2. 3. I did a bit of googling and came across this page: http://natisbad.org/E4300/ according to which there is no support for this functionality, probably due to the specs not being available (from Broadcom).
