I can't (anymore) deploy xen Dom0 images via pxe boot. kiwi fails during
creating initrd's due to unknown "xen" profile.

Example config can be found in OBS in openSUSE:Tools:Unstable
OBS-WorkerOnly-pxe-xen package.

This blocks deployment of internal build cluster and switch to OBS 2.0 images
in external OBS atm.
