Since installing the latest 4.2 kernel from Kernel:stable, it takes 2 minutes before the correct firmware is loaded for my wifi hardware. I suppose an update of kernel-firware from upstream might fix it. Booting kernel-4.1.6 still loads the "correct" firmware.
