Valid values are: "root" (only root can shutdown), "all" # (everybody can shutdown), "none" (nobody can shutdown from # displaymanager), "auto" (follow # System/Security/Permissions/PERMISSION_SECURITY to decide: "easy # local" is equal to "all", everything else is equal to "root").
