NetworkManager-vpnc-gnome, -pptp-, and -openvpn- are all installed by default. I think at least -openconnect- should be also be included; I was surprised to find that missing.
Maybe -strongswan- too, unless there's a reason for it not to be?
Thanks very much for this report, after which we added more NetworkManager-vpnc plugins to the default GNOME pattern. At present on a pristine Live image I see the following installed:
