The compiler said 1. isofs.c(119): warning #175: subscript out of range The source code is } else if(strncmp("CD001", vd->id + 16, 5) == 0) { but #define ISODCL(from, to) (to - from + 1) struct iso_volume_descriptor { char type[ISODCL(1,1)]; /* 711 */ char id[ISODCL(2,6)]; char version[ISODCL(7,7)]; char data[ISODCL(8,2048)]; }; so array id only has five elements. The code is accessing somewhere into the data array. Yes, but not anytime soon. The "Intel compiler meets Suse 10.1" project is pretty much stalled waiting for Beta 1 or maybe Beta 2. If this isn't soon enough for you, suggest either manually visually check that this bug has gone away in the latest version, or acquire a copy of Intel C compiler yourself. Any news on Beta1? :)
Sorry too soon to say. Beta1 is supposed to be ready Thursday 26 Okt, but I have not checked if it is ready. Allow 3-5 days for the upgrade from 10.1 to 10.2 A complete pass of the Suse 10.1 source code takes at least a month. Letter "f" is 6/26 from the front, so allow at least another five days to get to fuseiso. Ask me again about the middle of November. Hang on. You surely can't mark a bug as FIXED until it has been fixed ? Until I get back to fuseiso, or you manually visually check the new source code, we don't know it is fixed. I know you are under a lot of pressure to close bug reports ASAP, but IMHO this is unacceptable behaviour. IMHO this bug stays open until it is fixed. if this bug is fixed with the latests fuseiso packages in Beta1/2.
Certainly not fixed in Beta 1. I don't know about Beta 2 - I won't be upgrading to that unless I can figure out a way to upgrade using ISO images stored on hard disk.
