Try alsa-driver-kmp on OBS multimedia:audio:KMP repo. It's the driver update built from the very latest alsa-driver snapshot.

I don't use pulse audio: # rpm -q pulseaudio libpulse0 alsa-plugins-pulse package pulseaudio is not installed libpulse0-0.9.22-6.11.1.i586 package alsa-plugins-pulse is not installed I have also executed to prevent pulse audio: sed 's/PULSEAUDIO_ENABLE="yes"/PULSEAUDIO_ENABLE="no"/' -i /etc/sysconfig/sound I also installed proprietary Nvidia drivers for graphics card – it don't affected sound.
