We have the latest available version see: VERSION="Tumbleweed" VERSION_ID="20151203" PRETTY_NAME="openSUSE Tumbleweed (20151203) (armv7hl)" the network setup looks like: eth0 - DHCPD address eth1 - static ip address (there we will make local dhcp) tun0 - ip address from openvpn Then let`s setup dhcpd server via yast : # yast dhcp-server I see there this (but its probably ok) /usr/share/YaST2/include/dhcp-server/helps.rb:28: warning: duplicated key at line 233 ignored: "interfaces" /usr/share/YaST2/include/dhcp-server/options.rb:161: warning: duplicated key at line 162 ignored: "ping-timeout" /usr/share/YaST2/include/dhcp-server/wizards.rb:49: warning: duplicated key at line 67 ignored: "commonsetup" /usr/share/YaST2/include/dhcp-server/commandline.rb:88: warning: duplicated key at line 136 ignored: "list" on the page : "DHCP Server Wizard (1 of 4): Card Selection" select: eth1 -> enter Next -> enter I got : Error: One or more selected network interfaces is not configured (no assigned IP address and netmask). in the log I have this error: 2015-12-09 17:20:08 <3> nublo(6231) [bash] ShellCommand.cc(shellcommand):78 sh: /sbin/ifconfig: No such file or directory 2015-12-09 17:20:08 <3> nublo(6231) [Perl] modules/DhcpServer.pm(DhcpServer::GetInterfaceInformation):2261 ifconfig exited with code 127 2015-12-09 17:20:08 <3> nublo(6231) [Ruby] dhcp-server/dialogs2.rb:615 One or more selected network interfaces is not configured (no assigned IP address and netmask). Yes and there is no /sbin/ifconfig for very long time ! we have /sbin/ip and /usr/sbin/wicked Thank you for fixing it.
