We had introduced it some releases ago because restarting the package management took so long. But since the speedup with openSUSE-11.0 this is no longer an issue. Right? I think may be better adding a checkbox as described above (more the possibility to save the flag state). Starting again the Yast module may be slightly frustrating, due to time (yes, now short time) and password request.
