The patch was done against the version shipped in 42.1. We submitted a similar
patch for monit, and proposed to 

1) integrate the specific patch for 42.1, so that users can get it for 42.2 or
42.3.

2) Send a PR for a newer version of imapfilter for tumbleweed. We also have a
patch for this, but it's not uploaded yet.
