I think, it is not a kernel issue, but a problem of systemd/dbus with KDE Qt/plasm5/kf5. Al the problems began with updating QT5,plasma5 and kf5 from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Frameworks5/openSUSE_Factory/ one week ago. org.freedektop.login1.conf has a KDE-line inits file (part): <?xml version="1.0"?> <!--*-nxml-*--> <!DOCTYPE busconfig PUBLIC "-//freedesktop//DTD D-BUS Bus Configuration 1.0//EN" "http://www.freedesktop.org/standards/dbus/1.0/busconfig.dtd"> "<!-- This file is part of systemd. systemd is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2.1 of the License, or (at your option) any later version. --> <busconfig> <policy user="root"> <allow own="org.freedesktop.KDE:/Qt5/"/> <allow send_destination="org.freedesktop.login1"/> <allow receive_sender="org.freedesktop.login1"/> </policy> <policy context="default"> <deny send_destination="org.freedesktop.login1"/> <allow send_destination="org.freedesktop.login1" send_interface="org.freedesktop.DBus.Introspectable"/> . . " If this line (<allow own="org.freedesktop.KDE:/Qt5/"/) is broken or unexecutable, kernel cannot handle it. I searched for a file "org. freedesktop.KDE*", but could not find anything. Maybe the will help??
