Comment # 5 on bug 914967 from Walther Pelser

I think, it is not a kernel issue, but a problem of systemd/dbus with KDE
Qt/plasm5/kf5.
Al the problems began with updating QT5,plasma5 and kf5 from
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Frameworks5/openSUSE_Factory/
one week ago.

org.freedektop.login1.conf has a KDE-line inits file (part):

If this line (<allow own="org.freedesktop.KDE:/Qt5/"/) is broken or
unexecutable, kernel cannot handle it.
I searched for a file "org. freedesktop.KDE*", but could not find anything.
