I think it is actually more useful like this, with installing the missing
packages.

In this case, rsh-server is available only in the online repo but not on the
DVD.
If this is a common problem we could tell the user to add the online repo, or
even help them with that.

(yast2-inetd and xinetd are also available on SUSE Linux Enterprise)
