Also, did you really run "modprobe snd-hda-intel" as a root user? If you did it, it must appear in the module list. But your alsa-info.sh output shows it empty. Or did you get any error when you ran it. If so, show that error message. Forget about /proc/asound. You don't reach it unless you do right.
