Comment # 1 on bug 905660 from Marcus H�we

This seems to be a bug in the obs-service-source_validator.
It expects every file that starts with an underscore
to be an xml file (see file "20-files-present-and-referenced") - which
is wrong (for example, there might be non-xml files that are generated
out of a _service file).
I'll have a look at it (interestingly, the code path for this was added
in 2013 and I'm not aware of any complaints until now...).
