If you are running openSUSE 13.2, then why do you have the KDE:Distro:Factory
for openSUSE:Factory enabled ??  openSUSE 13.2 is no longer equal to openSUSE
Factory and could easily cause issues. Updates to KDE will be delivered through
the normal maintenance channel (repo-update in your case).  I would advice you
to disable the KDE_Distro_Factory repo in zypper and then perform another
zypper dup. 

This could downgrade you to KDE 4.14.2, but 4.14.3 has been already submitted
to the update channel and should already be there or arriving soon.
