Could you confirm that it happens in the latest update, i.e. 3.16.7-32 still works? http://download.opensuse.org/update/13.2/x86_64/kernel-default-3.16.7-32.1.x86_64.rpm If not, check http://download.opensuse.org/update/13.2/x86_64 and see which kernel started regression.
