I'm also having this problem with OpenSUSE 13.2 KDE running on an HP ENVY
15-j173cl Touchsmart Laptop (A10-5750M). I had been running 13.1 on the laptop
before I installed 13.2, but I don't remember this occurring with 13.1. One
difference between the two installations is that 13.2 is using the proprietary
AMD fglrx graphic driver, while my 13.1 installation was not.
