I've been experimenting, and I wonder if this is just an inappropriate delay.
Could you try again and wait for at least 7 minutes.
When doing some component testing I see a delay for 6.5 minutes that really
shouldn't be there, but I haven't managed to trace through the code yet to
understand why it is so long, or how to remove it.
