I close the issue as "upstream" because it is not caused by openSUSE.

Regardless that it is closed, you can still add comments,
i.e. you should not reopen it to add comments.

For now (i.e. until it is fixed in a future CUPS version)
I will change our allowallforanybody policy to the one
in comment#8 for openSUSE.
