Yes.

Your bug reports are basically useless at this point, we will of course still
update all KDE packages to the latest versions (currently many are just copied
from 42.1).

But this needs time (there are 100s of KDE packages), and we plan to ship with
16.08.x which only has been released recently, so this would have been wasted
time as well.

You can get the latest version of kdeconnect-kde from KDE:Extra already though.
