Well, last release of man-pages-fr, 3.70-1, was less than a year ago (october
2014). Considering the difficulty to translate these pages, I'm not convinced
it's obsolete enough to remove it from Factory. Moreover, man-page-fr is still
included in other major distributions.

I have made an addrole request to maintain the man-pages-fr package (#321224).
