This could be your own machine, I mean the hardware, but to be totally fair I wouldn't know for sure. Can you try to downgrade udev to the original version, not the one from me and try a couple of reboots and systemd-analyze blame and maybe save them in 3-4 different log files to see the difference, if its not too much to ask.
