There is nothing invalid about an upgrade request in general, but about tis one
in particular. It is the fact that there are over 30 bugs open against NTP
already (mostly security issues) that are eagerly waiting for this upgrade, so
that they can finally be closed.

Given that I spent the better part of the last weeks and months on NTP and just
didn't get to upgrade Factory yet, because the priority was on SLES and I am
only working part time ATM, I feel slightly offended if someone who doesn't
even bother telling me his name thinks he needs to push me about this pending
upgrade.

It is also common practice to query Bugzilla to see if this is covered by
existing bugs already before wasting people's time by opening another one.
