Comment # 1 on bug 986964 from Ancor Gonzalez Sosa

The reported error has nothing to do with the used language. It happens only
when the installer finds users in the disk from a previous Linux installation.

This is a duplicate of bug#986542, that is already fixed in yast2-users 3.1.53.
Looks like Leap 42.2 still includes yast2-users 3.1.52.
