I can confirm this here (13.2, Plasma 5.5.1 from KDE:Frameworks5 repo). Will investigate this... But meanwhile, can you please try kaffeine 1.3.1 from here, and report if it's still an issue then? http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/wolfi323:/branches:/KDE:/Extra/openSUSE_Leap_42.1/x86_64/ That's the latest version, and uses VLC as backend. If it's still an issue there, we should probably report it upstream too... Thanks.
