Per the leap shim spec file, there should be a %post script in the rpm. https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/openSUSE:Leap:42.1:Update/shim-TW/shim-TW.spec?expand=1 But the result rpm(*) didn't contain any script. "rpm -qp --scripts shim-0.9-4.1.x86_64.rpm" showed nothing. This caused a problem that shim in the EFI system partition would never be updated.
