Comment # 6 on bug 953033 from Fabian Vogt

I just got a crash in the YaST Qt GUI with a backtrace showing that libproxy is
the reason:

I marked a bug I reported several months ago as duplicate of this. It resulted
in KWin effects demo videos crashing the systemsettings application.
