Since several months, at least since late 2015, e-mails directed to my primary are no longer received, this concerns apparently all e-mails from bugzilla.opensuse.org to @arcor.de. Manually sent test e-mails are received immediately, spam filters are not interfering, notifications are ticked in the bugzilla preferences.
