Indeed the openssh pacakage in the update repo:
SHA-256 Hash: d5de09a8e5c1f79ac7dc4369e8a3486c5d206b7d53f0b2157b58ee635ef33369

 make ssh access from older ssh clients possible again on a system with
Tumbleweed (20160422) as base.
