PS: the other problem you mentioned has been fixed already (in Frameworks 5.18.0): https://quickgit.kde.org/?p=kio.git&a=commit&h=d34b37b6831429f7a48edec7de77cb88524b3784 But this bug apparently got introduced in 5.17.0, and I cannot reproduce it with 5.16.0 in Leap. Are you using Leap 42.1 or Tumbleweed now?
