I tried to use the 13.2 packages on Tumbleweed, but that did not work. I only
have Plasma5 running on Tumbleweed.

However I use the latest plasma5-workspace from Wolfgang Bauer, which also
updated some other plasma5 packages,coming fromthe official repositories, and I
have no issues. Still this version of plasma5-workspace is not in the official
Tumbleweed repository.
