I did not know why the changes would cause you the new troubles, as the changes
were made in chainloader commad which won't be executed during start-up thus
won't affect it at all.

Is it possible that you performed reset in setup mode that the preloaded
Windows keys were cleared, thus can't really verify anything if secure boot
enabled?

Please help to provide outputs for these commands?

  mokutil --pk
  mokutil --kek
  mokutil --db
