Thanks for spotting this. shadow.5 was provided in man-pages in the man-pages-addons.tar.bz2 as you said. Maybe shadow didn't ship its own manpage at that time and later on they decided to still use the one from man-pages. I checked revision 97 of openSUSE:Factory/man-pages to see which other manpages have been previsously provided in man-pages-addons.tar.bz2. The following ones where in that tarball and all of them have been migrated to the main tarball. iconv.1 -> man-pages notify_init.2 -> man-pages fanotify_mark.2 -> man-pages name_to_handle_at.2 -> man-pages open_by_handle.2 -> man-pages SR#427510 to Factory. SR#427511 to Leap 42.2. SR#427552 to Leap 42.1.
