Additional messages I see before the kernel panic on text terminal
"Kernel panic - not syncing: Timeout: Not all CPUs entered broadcast exception
handler"
and also the ones showing up in the screenshot, e.g.
"Out of memory: Kill process 76 (haveged) score 49 or sacrifice child"
