I'm not either. However updating only parts of the system may introduce issues
which are hard to trace. Usually updating to X11:XOrg should be pretty safe,
but this is not always the case. Debugging this remotely is hardly worthwhile.

Closing as invalid as this seems to point to a package inconsistency and the
affected packages are long gone from X11:XOrg.
