When attempting to install openSUSE-Leap-42.2 on a PC with motherboard model
"PRIME B250-PLUS" and CPU model "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz" a
blank screen appears and remains after selecting install from the initial "boot
from hard drive, installation, etc" menu.

A Loading Linux Kernel message is displayed after selecting "installation" and
a progress bar progresses from 0% to 100%. 

After this, text is seen scrolling up the screen quickly before a blank screen
appears and remains.

The same issue did not present when installing tumbleweed or Ubuntu 16.10,
kernel version 4.8.

When xrandr is run a non existent display port named eDP-1 is shown along with
the existing display ports. When the same command is run on this exact same
machine running Ubuntu 16.10 with kernel 4.8 the eDP-1 is not listed.

3. After Loading Linux Kernel completes and text scrolls up the screen blank
screen is displayed
