Have a look at home:dimstar:erlang, mainly: https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/home:dimstar:erlang/erlang-rebar?opackage=erlang-rebar&oproject=devel%3Alanguages%3Aerlang&rev=3 and https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/home:dimstar:erlang/erlang-retest?opackage=erlang-retest&oproject=devel%3Alanguages%3Aerlang&rev=2 With these two diffs (plus a Prefer in prjconf) I got over the build cycle. In place of the 2nd diff we might want a better name - but something that in both cases is a virtual provides, and not a package name (which, as said, is auto-prefered by OBS)
