Seems that all the lv are activated already. Is the boot fail really related with lvm? If it is, would you please tell us: 1. Do you have anything special with the physical disks(multipath, iscsi, etc.)? 2. Does it go into maintainance mode when it starts failed? 3. Would you please add "rd.debug=1" to kernel command line before reboot and attach the jounalctl?
