inkscape was moved after Leap release, so "by def" it's still owned by all
gnome-maintainers.

Furthermore, it's stated in the upstream bug, that's still not closed, the
current patch does not fix it for the 0.91 branch.

If upstream comes up with a fix, I might do the patching, but I'll not invest
more into it than that.

Part of the reason to move inkscape to graphics repo was to engage those that
care for inkscape, so this is the moment the wider community gets to show that
it can shine.
