hp-setup can not install HP 1020 USB printer as /dev/usb/lp0 not created.
dmesg info show last line: 'usblp0 removed'

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Attach HP 1020 printer.
2.Try add printer in HP Device Manager (hp-setup)
3.Get message 'No device found'
4. Run 'dmesg' and read:
