It can be rebuild in SLES12SP1. since the default "udevrulesdir" of Makefile.in
will be explain as "/lib/udev" in SP1, while in Leap/openSUSE is
"/usr/lib/udev". So not necessary to move.

I can change it in SUSE:SLE-12-SP1:Update, although it actually did nothing in
12SP1. And the mv in spec can be removed in future i think.
